Working Student – Risk Advisory – Disputes & Valuations

Our talent team at Get A Job.ai is representing a confidential global consulting organization in their search for a Working Student to support their Risk Advisory practice, specifically in Disputes & Valuations. This remote position offers Master's students the opportunity to work on high-stakes international arbitration cases and financial analyses alongside experienced professionals.

Responsibilities

• Support fact-finding and investigation work to determine what occurred and its impact on organizations
• Assist in quantifying damages in high-profile international litigation and conduct independent analyses
• Evaluate relevant data from broker reports, databases, and financial statements
• Support the development of financial models for damage quantification
• Conduct financial analyses and company valuations
• Prepare presentations for clients and internal stakeholders
• Contribute to the creation of expert reports for international arbitration proceedings

What We're Looking For

• Currently enrolled in a Master's program at a reputable university with a focus on finance and accounting
• Fluent in both German and English (nearly all communication occurs in English)
• Excellent academic performance
• Strong analytical skills and structured working approach
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Previous internships, ideally in audit or valuation departments at consulting firms or accounting practices
• Independent and organized work style
• Availability for approximately 20 hours per week during lecture periods and up to 40 hours per week during semester breaks
• Flexible scheduling between 8:30 and 18:30
