About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential aerospace technology company headquartered in Munich. Our client is seeking a working student to join their dynamic marketing and communications team, supporting the development and execution of marketing campaigns and PR activities to strengthen sales efforts and expand brand awareness. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in marketing, PR, and communications while contributing to exciting projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the creation and editing of content for digital channels including website, social media, newsletters, and presentations
• Assist with internal and external communications, including drafting articles and press releases
• Support the design and implementation of digital and offline marketing campaigns across social media, email marketing, and content creation
• Contribute to the development of content for marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, social media posts, and newsletters
• Conduct research to identify industry trends and new marketing opportunities that can inform strategy
• Contribute to the company's social media strategy by engaging with followers and analyzing relevant metrics

What We're Looking For

• Currently enrolled in a degree program in marketing, communications, business administration, event management, or a comparable field
• Strong interest in marketing, PR, and brand communications
• Initial experience with marketing software and tools such as Google Analytics, CRM systems, and marketing automation platforms
• Experience with design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is desirable
• Familiarity with social media platforms and basic marketing analytics
• Creative thinking with strong problem-solving abilities and a strategic mindset
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent German and English language skills, both written and verbal
