Working Student Marketing and Communications (all genders)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential aerospace client in Munich seeking a working student to support their marketing and communications team. In this role, you will contribute to the development and execution of marketing campaigns and PR activities that strengthen sales efforts and expand brand awareness.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Creating and editing content for digital channels including website, social media, newsletters, and presentations
• Supporting internal and external communications, including drafting articles and press releases
• Assisting with the conception and implementation of digital and offline marketing campaigns across social media, email marketing, and content creation
• Developing content for marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, social media posts, and newsletters
• Conducting research to identify industry trends and new marketing opportunities to inform strategy
• Contributing to the company's social media strategy through follower engagement and metrics analysis

What We're Looking For

Our client is seeking candidates with the following qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in a degree program in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Event Management, or a comparable field
• Strong interest in marketing, PR, and brand communications
• Initial experience with marketing software and tools such as Google Analytics, CRM systems, and marketing automation platforms
• Experience with design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is advantageous
• Familiarity with social media platforms and basic marketing analytics
• Creative thinking with strong problem-solving abilities and a strategic mindset
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent German and English language skills, both written and spoken
