Responsibilities
We are representing a confidential technology client in Munich seeking a Working Student for Finance and Accounting. In this role, you will manage the complete invoice workflow through their financial systems, handling both incoming and outgoing invoices with precision and accountability. Your daily work will include:
- Validating and reviewing incoming invoices within the company's expense management platform
- Coordinating and managing the invoice workflow from start to finish
- Preparing and issuing outgoing invoices to clients and partners
- Maintaining invoice data with attention to completeness and accuracy
- Collaborating with internal departments to resolve invoice-related queries
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives for invoicing processes
What We're Looking For
Required qualifications:
- Currently enrolled student, ideally in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or a related field
- Confident proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel
- Careful, structured, and independent working style
- Good German and English language skills
Preferred qualifications:
- Prior experience in accounting or invoicing roles
- Familiarity with expense management or accounting workflow tools
