About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential incentive marketing organization based in München that specializes in consumer promotions and reward programs. Our client partners with well-known brands across consumer electronics, food, and cosmetics to create compelling campaigns that motivate end customers through vouchers and incentives.

This is a 3-6 month internship opportunity starting mid-January 2027. Our talent team is accepting applications now for qualified candidates who want hands-on marketing experience in a creative, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to marketing concepts and campaigns for clients across multiple consumer sectors
• Support product development initiatives and help introduce new promotional offerings
• Manage campaign and product-related projects with increasing independence
• Participate in client meetings alongside the sales team to present concepts you've developed
• Assist with ongoing optimization of promotional strategies and customer engagement programs
• Take ownership of special projects that align with your skills and interests

What We're Looking For

• Currently enrolled in BWL, Marketing, Communication, Cultural Studies, Linguistics, or completed/advanced studies in Graphic Design (minimum 4 semesters) or comparable qualifications
• Proficient with MS Office suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Strong organizational skills and quick learner
• Creative mindset with ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Excellent German language skills required
• Interest in consumer marketing, promotional campaigns, and brand engagement
