About This Opportunity
We are representing a confidential fintech organization seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join their team in Nürnberg. Our client specializes in innovative banking and payment solutions, working with major financial institutions to drive digital transformation and platform ecosystems.
Responsibilities
- Analyze, design, and develop technical concepts for innovative IT solutions with a focus on banking and payment systems
- Provide consulting and technical support to clients during ideation and requirements gathering phases
- Advise clients on platform ecosystems, digitalization strategies, and AI implementation opportunities
- Serve as the key liaison between product owners (client-side) and development teams (internal)
- Research and evaluate emerging technologies for client solutions
- Model business processes and maintain comprehensive documentation
- Work within modern toolsets including Confluence, JIRA, Miro, Slack, and standard office applications
- Collaborate across interdisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional results
What We're Looking For
- Fluent German language skills (negotiation-level); very good English proficiency
- University degree or professional qualification in fields such as Business Informatics, Economics, or related disciplines
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in business analysis, project management, product ownership, or comparable roles
- Extensive hands-on experience working in agile environments with Scrum and related methodologies
- Strong capabilities in requirements elicitation, management, and presentation
- Proven track record working at the intersection of client needs and development teams
- Openness to adopting modern tools, including AI-assisted solutions, in daily workflows
- Ability to provide innovative consulting to clients on complex technical challenges
- Exceptional communication skills with stakeholders at all levels
- Scrum Master certification is highly desirable
