Pre-Sales Solutions Consultant

About This Opportunity

We are representing a fast-growing conversational messaging platform client serving customers globally. This Pre-Sales Solutions Consultant role is based in India and supports US timezone operations (5:00 PM to 2:00 AM IST). Our client is a well-funded organization backed by top-tier investors and maintains premium partnerships with major technology platforms.

This is a customer-facing technical role where you'll bridge the gap between prospects, sales teams, and engineering, helping both technical and non-technical audiences leverage messaging platform capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct product demonstrations for prospects, showcasing various use cases and solution approaches
• Document API integrations and technical solutions for both internal teams and external stakeholders
• Develop new use cases and turnkey solutions that support sales efforts and accelerate customer adoption
• Communicate customer insights to the product team to inform native integrations and product enhancements
• Manage and prioritize prospect and customer technical queries, ensuring timely resolution
• Partner with Engineering and go-to-market teams to deliver expert-level technical assistance
• Support customers across multiple time zones in a fast-paced environment

What We're Looking For

Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field
• 3+ years of experience in technical pre-sales, solutions engineering, or customer technical support
• Hands-on experience working with REST APIs or testing API integrations
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to varied audiences
• Self-motivated, customer-centric work ethic with strong attention to detail
• Experience supporting customers across different time zones
• Track record of developing innovative solutions that drive sales and customer success

Preferred:

• Previous experience as a software engineer
• Startup or distributed team experience
• Ability to learn and work independently
• Strong commitment to outstanding customer service
