Key Account Associate (H/F)

About This Opportunity

Our talent team at Get A Job.ai is representing a confidential technology platform in the food delivery sector. We're seeking a Key Account Associate to join their Paris office and play a vital role in managing relationships with national brand partners.

In this position, you'll work directly with restaurant partners—including franchisees, directors, and operational managers—to optimize account performance and strengthen partnerships. You'll identify growth opportunities, coordinate promotional campaigns, troubleshoot operational challenges, and serve as a key liaison between partners and internal teams including marketing and operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of national brand accounts to maximize coverage and facilitate onboarding of new restaurant locations
• Identify and activate growth levers through promotional campaign sourcing and partnership visibility optimization
• Implement corrective actions on operational metrics including opening hours, order rejections, and wait times
• Build effective relationships with restaurant contacts to gather insights and feedback
• Handle direct requests from select restaurants and provide weekly reporting to management
• Coordinate internally across marketing, operations, and other functions working with these brand accounts
• Drive data-driven decisions to improve account performance and partner satisfaction

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 1 year of experience in client or account management
• Strong negotiation and sales capabilities
• Data analysis skills with ability to make evidence-based recommendations
• Curious and proactive mindset with initiative to propose solutions
• Autonomous working style with comfort managing responsibilities independently
• Highly organized with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
• Team-oriented approach to collaboration
• Bilingual proficiency in French and English (required)
