Senior Technical Solution Consultant (d/f/m)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential marketing technology organization in Hamburg seeking a Senior Technical Solution Consultant. In this role, you will:

• Coordinate internal project workflows with project management and quality assurance teams
• Lead technical conception, specification, and requirements engineering for software solutions directly with clients
• Consult and support internal and external customers on system implementations
• Implement and configure enterprise system solutions during system rollouts and proof-of-concept phases
• Support the sales process through RFIs, RFPs, and delivery of sales demonstrations
• Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
• Train and support customers in system application and maintenance

What We're Looking For

• Passion for technical topics and strong quality awareness
• Excellent knowledge of standard Adobe programs
• Affinity for structured work with system solutions
• Ideally specialized in content or publishing solutions with experience in Digital Asset Management systems
• Minimum 5 years of experience implementing Digital Asset Management and workflow systems, plus Web Content Management (Web-CMS, HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
• Quick learner able to rapidly familiarize yourself with new subject areas
• Open, approachable, and customer-oriented personality
• Professional communication skills with clients and suppliers
• Confident presentation abilities
• Enthusiasm for working in interdisciplinary environments within a dynamic team
• Self-motivated to contribute ideas, take ownership, and drive impact
• Willingness to continue learning, especially on-the-job with advanced technical systems
• Fluent German (minimum C1 level) and good English proficiency
