Senior Implementation Consultant – Marketing Technology (d/f/m)

About This Opportunity

Our talent team is representing a confidential marketing technology organization seeking a Senior Implementation Consultant to join their Hamburg-based team. This role combines technical consulting, requirements engineering, and hands-on system implementation for enterprise marketing platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead internal project coordination with project management and quality assurance teams
• Develop technical concepts, specifications, and requirements engineering for software solutions in direct collaboration with clients
• Provide consulting and support for internal and external customers throughout implementation projects
• Configure and implement enterprise system solutions during system rollouts and proof-of-concept phases
• Support sales processes including RFI/RFP responses and creation and delivery of sales demonstrations
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
• Train and support clients in system usage and maintenance

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 5 years of experience implementing Digital Asset Management, workflow systems, and Web Content Management solutions (Web-CMS, HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
• Strong proficiency with Adobe programs
• Specialization in content or publishing solutions; experience with platforms such as Aprimo, censhare, Marmind, OrangeLogic, or similar enterprise systems is highly desirable
• Affinity for structured work with system solutions and high quality standards
• Quick learner with ability to rapidly adapt to new technical domains
• Strong communication and presentation skills with customers and vendors
• Open, accessible, and client-oriented personality
• Enthusiasm for working in interdisciplinary environments and dynamic teams
• Proactive mindset with willingness to take ownership and contribute ideas
• Commitment to ongoing professional development, particularly on-the-job learning
• German language skills at C1 level or higher; good English proficiency required
• Authorized to work in Germany
