Praktikant (all genders) 6 Monate im Marketing – Fokus Events

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential marketing services organization in München seeking a Marketing Intern with a focus on events for a 6-month placement starting October 2026.

In this role, you will:

• Support daily marketing operations and take ownership of smaller projects from the start, working independently with team guidance
• Actively participate in planning, organizing, and executing national trade shows, conferences, and events—from office preparation through on-site booth support
• Coordinate closely with speakers, sales colleagues, and external service providers to ensure seamless event delivery
• Create briefings, prepare meetings and presentations, and maintain structured workflows
• Contribute creative ideas to direct marketing initiatives and apply your graphic design skills
• Maintain data in CRM systems and support lead generation and analysis activities

What We're Looking For

• Currently enrolled as a student (third semester or beyond) in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Strong organizational talent with structured work habits and the ability to stay composed under pressure
• Excellent communication skills, open and creative mindset, with enthusiasm for contributing ideas and working collaboratively
• Very good German language skills, quick comprehension, and analytical thinking abilities
• Technical aptitude and proficiency with MS Office applications
• Willingness to work on-site in München and travel occasionally for events
