Praktikant (all genders) Datamanagement – Fokus Social Selling

Responsibilities

Our client, a confidential marketing technology company in München, is seeking an intern to support their data-driven sales initiatives starting February 2027. In this role, you will work closely with the marketing and sales teams to build and maintain high-quality contact databases that fuel growth campaigns.

Your day-to-day activities will include:

• Conducting targeted outreach to potential contacts through social selling channels using defined lead segments
• Maintaining, updating, and ensuring quality control of contact data within the CRM system
• Tracking activities such as job changes and other touchpoints independently
• Researching and creating new company and contact records to support cold outreach campaigns in specific sectors
• Creating ad hoc leads for various marketing initiatives to improve campaign quality
• Working with prioritized data lists and ensuring structured usage across teams

What We're Looking For

We are representing our client in their search for a candidate who:

• Wants to gain practical experience in marketing, sales, or data management
• Demonstrates structured and meticulous work habits, especially when handling data
• Has first-hand experience with CRM systems or data maintenance (preferred but not required)
• Is communicative and comfortable proactively reaching out to potential contacts
• Possesses very strong German language skills, quick comprehension, and analytical thinking
• Shows initiative and reliability as natural working qualities
• Has technical interest and affinity, with confident MS Office skills
