Responsibilities
Our client, a confidential logistics organization with operations in Hamburg, is seeking a Working Student to support their freight forwarding team. In this role, you will maintain and update shipment data across internal systems and Excel, ensuring accuracy and completeness. You will capture, organize, and manage logistics-related data and documentation while supporting the team with day-to-day forwarding activities. Your work will include verifying data for completeness and accuracy, helping to keep processes and documents current, and collaborating closely with colleagues to ensure smooth daily operations.
What We're Looking For
- Proficient MS Excel skills
- Structured, reliable, and detail-oriented working style
- Strong organizational abilities with an eye for detail
- Good German language skills and basic English proficiency
- Interest in logistics and freight forwarding
- Previous experience in logistics or forwarding is advantageous but not required
- Currently enrolled as a student
