(Senior) Project Manager (all genders)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential digital solutions organization seeking a Senior Project Manager to deliver IT projects of significant scope and impact. In this role, you will:

• Lead large-scale IT projects using agile, classical, or hybrid methodologies
• Translate client requirements into new and existing IT solutions and processes with your interdisciplinary team
• Serve as Product Owner in agile project setups
• Implement projects across diverse technology environments including CMS, form management systems, low-code platforms, custom applications, and workplace solutions
• Provide ongoing consultation to clients on digital transformation questions throughout the project lifecycle
• Manage interdisciplinary project teams and coordinate between internal and external stakeholders
• Design and facilitate client workshops, developing strategies for efficient digital solution implementation
• Identify optimization opportunities in internal and external collaboration, develop targeted recommendations, and proactively shape change processes

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of hands-on experience managing IT projects with proven ability to lead projects independently
• Strong command of agile or classical project management methodologies; certification such as PMI/CAPM, Prince2, Scrum PSPO/PSM is ideal
• Enthusiasm for complex technical challenges and client engagement, with a keen sense for client needs and emerging business opportunities
• Excellent communication skills enabling you to navigate all levels of project organization and convey complex topics clearly to various audiences
• Completed university degree
• Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken
• Passion for delivering outstanding IT projects including websites, intranets, apps, digital application systems, or specialized applications

This position is based in Köln with flexible remote work options available. Full-time and part-time arrangements will be considered.

Pay
