(Senior) Project Manager (all genders)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential digital solutions organization seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead significant IT initiatives. In this role, you will:

• Deliver large-scale IT projects using agile, traditional, or hybrid methodologies
• Lead interdisciplinary teams to translate client requirements into technical solutions and processes, acting as Product Owner in agile settings
• Manage projects across diverse technology environments including CMS, form management systems, low-code platforms, custom applications, and workplace solutions
• Provide strategic guidance to clients on digital transformation throughout the full project lifecycle
• Oversee cross-functional project teams and manage interfaces between internal and external stakeholders
• Design and facilitate client workshops, developing strategies for efficient implementation of digital solutions
• Identify optimization opportunities in collaboration processes, create targeted recommendations, and drive proactive change management

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of hands-on experience managing IT projects with demonstrated ability to independently lead projects
• Strong command of agile or traditional project methodologies; relevant certifications highly valued (PMI/CAPM, Prince2, Scrum PSPO/PSM)
• Passion for delivering excellent digital projects such as websites, intranets, applications, or specialized systems
• Aptitude for complex technical challenges and client engagement, with an instinct for identifying business development opportunities
• Exceptional communication skills enabling you to navigate all organizational levels and explain complex topics clearly to varied audiences
• Completed university degree
• Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken
