(Junior) Campaign Manager (m/w/d) – remote

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential EdTech organization seeking a Campaign Manager to serve as the operational heart of client projects. In this role, you will combine creative marketing, strategic consulting, and operational excellence to execute campaigns across multiple channels.

Your core responsibilities include:

• End-to-end campaign management: planning, executing, and managing advertising campaigns for clients and agencies from initial concept through final delivery
• Multichannel setup and operations: implementing campaigns using proprietary tools and social media platforms, managing rebookings and cancellations flexibly
• Employer branding coordination: managing employer branding campaigns, creating targeted job postings, and administering content on the client's job board platform
• Creative workflow and design consultation: advising clients on visual design and audience targeting, creating mailings, and building engaging customer profiles
• Sales interface and support: collaborating closely with the sales team and supporting the development of marketing and sales initiatives
• Data-driven reporting: analyzing campaign performance, creating comprehensive reports, and presenting results convincingly to clients

What We're Looking For

Our ideal candidate brings:

• Initial practical experience in online marketing, a media agency, HR marketing/employer branding, or comparable environment—motivated career changers are welcome
• Strong communication skills with fluent German and solid English proficiency, plus genuine enthusiasm for direct, consultative client contact
• Exceptional organizational abilities: excellent time management, structured work approach, and the capacity to set proper priorities during dynamic phases
• Brand sensibility and customer focus: a trained eye for good design, creativity, and deep understanding of diverse B2B client needs
• Growth mindset: high self-motivation, commitment to personal development, and passion for contributing to a rapidly growing organization
• Language requirements: absolutely fluent German and conversational English capability
