(Senior) Project Manager (all genders)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential digital solutions organization seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead IT initiatives with societal impact. In this role, you will:

• Lead large-scale IT projects using agile, classical, or hybrid methodologies
• Translate client requirements into technical solutions and processes with your interdisciplinary team, acting as Product Owner in agile setups
• Manage projects across diverse technology environments including CMS, form management systems, low-code platforms, custom applications, and workplace solutions
• Guide clients through digital transformation initiatives throughout the entire project lifecycle
• Coordinate interdisciplinary project teams and manage interfaces between internal and external stakeholders
• Design and facilitate client workshops, developing strategies for efficient implementation of digital solutions
• Identify optimization opportunities in collaboration processes, create actionable recommendations, and proactively shape change initiatives

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in IT project management with proven ability to independently lead projects
• Strong command of agile or classical project methodologies; certification highly preferred (PMI/CAPM, Prince2, Scrum PSPO/PSM)
• Passion for delivering outstanding IT projects including websites, intranets, apps, digital application systems, or specialized applications
• Enthusiasm for complex technical challenges and natural ability to understand client needs while identifying business development opportunities
• Excellent communication skills with ability to navigate all levels of project organization and convey complex topics clearly to diverse audiences
• Completed university degree
• Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken
