About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential EdTech organization in Germany seeking an AI-powered Growth Marketer to join their agile team. This is a fully remote role based in Germany, offering the opportunity to drive end-to-end growth initiatives using cutting-edge AI tools and methodologies.

Our client operates with a lean, ownership-driven marketing approach where team members develop strategies and execute them independently. Since integrating AI systematically into their workflow, they've identified significantly more growth opportunities than their current capacity allows. They need someone who can identify high-leverage opportunities across channels, execute them hands-on, and measure results autonomously.

Responsibilities

• Identify growth opportunities across digital products, websites, app stores, content platforms, and conversion funnels to maximize registrations and revenue
• Monitor market trends, platforms, emerging segments, and competitive activities to discover new growth channels and expansion opportunities
• Evaluate and prioritize initiatives based on realistic impact assessments, bringing shortlists to the team for alignment
• Build and deploy landing pages, tests, and campaign assets using AI tools—publishing directly without waiting for engineering or design queues
• Set up and analyze A/B tests across websites, app stores, and additional platforms, iterating based on clean data analysis
• Continuously optimize app store presence through testing of screenshots, icons, titles, and descriptions
• Focus on new user acquisition and early-funnel optimization, collaborating with product teams to improve signup and activation flows
• Write compelling copy for landing pages, ad creative, video scripts, and outdoor campaigns that resonates with target audiences and drives conversions
• Develop AI-generated content projects and brand initiatives across B2C and B2B touchpoints
• Contribute to building a global brand identity, shaping how the organization looks and communicates

What We're Looking For

Essential qualifications:

• Advanced proficiency with AI tools such as Claude Code, Codex, or similar platforms—you build functional pages, tools, and workflows and deploy them independently
• Strong copywriting and storytelling abilities with the capacity to write conversion-focused content that connects with students and young learners
• Native-level German language skills required for writing landing pages, advertisements, app store content, and offline materials
• Portfolio of personal projects demonstrating hands-on execution: websites, tools, content initiatives, or side projects that showcase your capabilities beyond a traditional CV
• Self-directed execution style with preference for shipping ten measured experiments over perfecting two initiatives
• Data literacy with ability to read funnels, work in analytics platforms, and objectively evaluate test results even when they contradict hypotheses
• Design judgment and familiarity with Figma—able to recognize quality design and assess when design drives conversion versus decoration
• Foundational understanding of paid acquisition, SEO, and lifecycle marketing mechanics (channel-specific details can be learned on the job)

What this role is not: This is not a traditional design position, performance marketing bidding role, briefing coordinator job, product management function, or people management opportunity. You will execute work directly rather than delegating it.
