Working Student HR & Recruitment (m/f/d)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential consumer technology client in Düsseldorf who is seeking a Working Student for HR & Recruitment support. This role offers hands-on experience across talent acquisition, HR administration, and employee engagement in an international environment. Our client values proactive individuals who bring some prior HR or recruitment experience and are eager to develop their professional skills further.

Responsibilities

In this working student position, you will support our client's HR team across multiple areas:

• Support the full recruitment cycle from job posting through interview coordination
• Create, publish, and maintain job advertisements on relevant platforms
• Review and screen CVs and applications based on defined criteria
• Conduct initial candidate screening calls and coordinate scheduling with the HR team
• Maintain positive candidate communication throughout the hiring process
• Prepare interview materials and support onboarding activities for new hires
• Provide day-to-day HR administrative support including invoice processing and documentation
• Assist with planning and organizing employee events, workshops, and team initiatives
• Support event logistics, communications, and coordination
• Contribute to various HR projects as needed

What We're Looking For

• Currently enrolled at a university and eligible to work as a Working Student in Germany
• Previous practical experience in HR, recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related field is required
• Fluent English skills, both written and spoken; German at least B2 level
• Mandarin Chinese language skills are a plus
• Strong interest in HR and recruitment functions
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proactive, reliable, and able to work independently
• Strong attention to detail with a structured work approach
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Comfortable working with digital tools, HR systems, and recruitment platforms
• Previous experience in an international or multicultural environment is advantageous
