Training Coordinator / Trainer

About This Opportunity

Our talent team is representing a confidential aviation services organization seeking a Training Coordinator / Trainer for their Hamburg location. This role combines technical instruction, workshop management, and administrative coordination to deliver high-quality aeronautical training programs. You'll work with diverse participants, manage training facilities, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in a multicultural environment.

Responsibilities

• Design, prepare, deliver and update theoretical and practical technical training courses in the aeronautical field based on operational requirements
• Develop and maintain training content and teaching materials tailored to different skill levels and identified needs
• Transfer technical knowledge and practical skills required for aeronautical activities
• Monitor participant progress, assess learning outcomes, and identify areas for improvement
• Maintain training centers and workshops in clean, organized, and safe condition
• Manage equipment availability, consumables inventory, and place orders as needed
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in all training areas
• Verify that participants use required personal protective equipment
• Maintain accurate attendance records and training documentation
• Participate in preparation and coordination of training schedules and monthly pedagogical committees
• Prepare detailed weekly reports and report any incidents, anomalies, or equipment shortages promptly

What We're Looking For

• Technical training or certification in the aeronautical field
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in the aviation trade and/or as a team leader
• Strong command of technical and teaching practices
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to accuracy and ability to work autonomously
• Strong interpersonal abilities with proven capacity to transfer knowledge and support learners
• Demonstrated commitment to safety, quality, and cleanliness standards
• Fluency in German, French, and English required
• Availability to travel regularly to Toulouse
