About This Opportunity

Our talent team at Get A Job.ai is representing a confidential global software organization in their search for a Working Student to support Growth & Strategy initiatives. This is a project-based role working directly with senior leadership on high-impact commercial priorities including market research, competitive analysis, process improvement, and revenue growth initiatives. You'll contribute to strategic work that directly influences go-to-market execution across the organization.

This position is based in Karlsruhe, Germany, with hybrid or remote working options available. Candidates must hold valid work and residence authorization for Germany and be currently enrolled at a university.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end delivery of strategic go-to-market initiatives by tracking milestones, managing stakeholder inputs, and ensuring measurable outcomes
• Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in commercial processes, proposing frameworks that improve organizational scalability
• Conduct market research and competitive benchmarking, synthesizing findings into executive-level briefings and recommendations
• Translate data and analysis into structured storylines and presentations for senior stakeholders
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support evolving strategic priorities

What We're Looking For

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or related field
• Previous experience in fast-paced environments such as startups, venture-backed companies, or management consultancy is strongly preferred
• Analytical mindset with ability to question assumptions and draw independent, well-reasoned conclusions from data
• Takes initiative and ownership—identifies problems, proposes solutions, and follows through to implementation
• Comfortable operating in ambiguous environments without established playbooks
• Strong written communication skills with ability to structure complex ideas for senior audiences
• Collaborative approach with ability to adapt quickly to shifting priorities
• Fluent in English
• Must provide valid proof of enrollment (Immatrikulationsbescheinigung in Germany)

Pay

Pay via Get A Job.ai: €18 per hour. This is a working student position limited to a maximum of 20 hours per week during the semester.
