  • Support strategic decisions through preparation, evaluation, and technical advisory
  • Participate in specialist conferences to monitor trends in medical-device software and AI-supported engineering

What We're Looking For

  • Degree in computer science, electrical engineering, mechatronics, systems engineering, automation engineering, or equivalent field
  • Approximately 2 years of experience leading software development for regulated medical devices and guiding engineering teams

  • Extensive embedded software development experience in C/C++ with ability to provide technical direction and review solutions
  • Demonstrated experience mentoring engineers and ensuring high-quality implementation in software projects
  • Confident use of software development tools, AI-supported engineering approaches, and Microsoft Office
  • Good verbal and written English skills (CEFR B2 level)
  • Strong leadership mindset with ability to guide engineers, set technical direction, and create alignment
  • High willingness and capability to drive change, particularly transformation to AI-supported development
  • Quality-conscious, trustworthy, and reliable work ethic
  • Team-oriented and communicative with ability to influence without direct authority
  • Structured and systematic working style translating strategic goals into practical practices
