WordPress Web Developer at Retail Insights

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential events and media organization seeking a WordPress Web Developer to take full ownership of their website platform. In this role, you will:

• Improve overall performance and technical capabilities of the WordPress website
• Develop effective information-sharing platforms that connect with key stakeholders
• Optimize structure and display of existing and new content across the site
• Work cross-functionally with internal teams to identify and address business needs that drive growth
• Provide rapid technical support to team members experiencing website-related difficulties

What We're Looking For

Our client requires a developer with extensive WordPress expertise who can demonstrate their capabilities through a portfolio of previous work. The ideal candidate will possess:

• Strong technical knowledge of WordPress development, customization, and optimization
• Proven ability to take ownership and manage projects independently
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong organizational abilities with skills in prioritizing and structuring work
• A proactive approach with high attention to follow-through on commitments
• Drive to excel and continuously improve technical skills

This is an in-office position in London (Victoria Station area), Monday through Friday, with no remote work options available. Start date is flexible for the right candidate.
