Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential digital marketing firm in Hamburg seeking a Business Informatics Specialist to systematize processes, implement projects independently, and drive operational excellence. In this role, you will:

• Establish and implement business processes to support company growth and scalability
• Analyze existing workflows across all departments, identify improvement opportunities, and optimize internal operations
• Lead the introduction of new IT systems and manage internal projects that advance organizational objectives
• Document processes and create training materials for the company's internal learning platform
• Work cross-functionally to ensure process adherence and continuous improvement

What We're Looking For

• Successfully completed Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Management, Banking, or a related field
• Analytical-methodical and structured thinking with strong organizational capabilities
• Experience applying project management methodologies in practice
• Proven ability to follow, understand, and improve existing processes
• Excellent analytical skills with a results- and solution-oriented mindset
• Quick learner with high discipline and attention to detail

Pay

This is a full-time, permanent position based in Hamburg (Rotherbaum area). The onboarding period typically lasts 2–4 months.
