About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential healthy food delivery client expanding their retail presence in Berlin Mitte. Our talent team is seeking motivated working students to drive local growth and customer engagement at their physical location. This is a hands-on role combining sales, customer acquisition, and store operations in a dynamic startup environment.

Responsibilities

• Proactively approach pedestrians near the store location to introduce the brand and invite them inside
• Serve as the first point of contact for customers, providing enthusiastic consultation and creating memorable shopping experiences
• Support daily store operations including point-of-sale transactions and inventory presentation
• Maintain optimal product displays and ensure shelves are properly stocked throughout the day
• Gather direct customer feedback and market insights to inform the local retail strategy
• Act as a brand ambassador, representing company values in all customer interactions

What We're Looking For

• Currently enrolled as a student at a university (fields such as Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or Retail Management are ideal but not required)
• Outgoing personality with no hesitation about approaching and engaging strangers
• Fluent in German and English; additional languages are a strong plus
• Hands-on mentality with ability to stay organized during high-traffic periods
• Previous experience in promotion, sales, hospitality, or retail is beneficial but motivation and attitude are most important
• Must have valid work authorization in Germany
