Responsibilities
We are representing a confidential legal-tech organization based in Berlin. In this working student role, you will support the sales team with day-to-day operations and client communication:
- Support the sales team in daily operations and maintain communication with clients, prospects, and partners
- Qualify and process incoming inquiries (inbound sales) and assist with new customer acquisition including initial outreach (outbound sales)
- Maintain customer data and sales activities in the CRM system, create and follow up on proposals
- Prepare customer meetings, presentations, and sales materials
- Conduct research on target customers, markets, and competitors
What We're Looking For
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Communication Studies, or a comparable field
- Desirable: Initial experience in client communication or working with external stakeholders
- Interest in legal tech, sales, customer communication, and business development
- Strong communication skills, enthusiasm, and a confident, friendly manner
- Structured, independent, and reliable working style
- High level of initiative and willingness to learn
- Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken (minimum C1 level)
