About This Opportunity

Our talent team is representing a confidential e-commerce organization operating multiple online retail properties across international markets. We are seeking a Fashion Dropshipping Customer Representative to join their remote operations team. This is a fully remote, long-term position ideal for a detail-oriented professional with hands-on experience in fashion dropshipping environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily workflows using internal spreadsheets and operational tools, ensuring all records are accurate and current
• Respond efficiently to customer support tickets while maintaining high-quality service standards
• Handle return requests in accordance with established policies, offering appropriate resolutions including discounts, refunds, or return instructions
• Report product issues (damaged, incorrect, or missing items) to suppliers and coordinate timely replacements or refunds
• Communicate closely with suppliers regarding shipment updates, fulfillment concerns, cancellations, and inventory availability
• Monitor and resolve unfulfilled orders, addressing sizing, color variations, stock availability, and address verification issues
• Collaborate with customer service and supply chain teams to ensure seamless daily operations

What We're Looking For

• Required: Proven experience in fashion dropshipping and order fulfillment (this is essential and non-negotiable)
• Strong hands-on experience with CJ Dropshipping, particularly in order processing and supplier coordination
• Experience using platforms such as Shopify, HelpScout, Zendesk, Gorgias, or similar customer service and e-commerce tools
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Strong organizational abilities with demonstrated capacity to manage multiple tasks independently
• Detail-oriented approach with strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities
• Proactive mindset with confidence to suggest workflow and process improvements
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to AI-supported customer interaction tools
