Werkstudent*In Data & Automation (M/W/D)

Responsibilities

Our client, a dynamic German media and events organization based in Hamburg, is seeking a working student to join their Data & Automation team. In this role, you will:

• Identify opportunities to automate existing workflows and extract actionable insights from data
• Support the creation, preparation, and development of sales and partnership strategies and annual planning
• Analyze partner objectives and identify growth opportunities across the organization's product portfolio
• Analyze diverse data sources including CRM data, market research platforms, and other business intelligence tools
• Create processes, reports, and analyses to improve sales activities
• Research potential new industries, sectors, and contacts for business development
• Improve data quality by connecting data streams and presenting findings through dashboards and presentations
• Research and evaluate the existing tool stack and identify best-in-class solutions
• Collaborate closely with sales, partnerships, and cross-functional teams
• Proactively contribute ideas and drive improvements

What We're Looking For

• Currently enrolled as a student at a German university in IT, Business, Economics, Finance, or a comparable field
• Proficiency with Google Workspace and CRM systems
• Strong interest and understanding of automation and scripting tools such as make.com, Zapier, or n8n
• Basic knowledge of SQL or programming languages like Python or TypeScript
• Ideally, experience working with Google Suite tools
• Analytical thinking with a strong affinity for numbers, data, and facts
• Structured, goal-oriented, and independent working style
• German language proficiency required for this Hamburg-based position

Pay
