Werkstudent Patient Operations (m/w/d)*

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential health-tech organization in Frankfurt that is transforming patient access to specialized therapies. Our talent team is seeking a working student (Werkstudent) to join their Patient Operations function, supporting customers through digital channels while maintaining high-quality service standards and contributing to continuous process improvement.

This role offers hands-on experience in customer operations within a fast-growing digital health environment. You will work closely with product, technology, and cross-functional teams to enhance the patient experience while developing your skills in quality management and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support via live chat and ticketing system, resolving inquiries independently and escalating complex cases to appropriate departments
• Manage orders processed through the online platform
• Conduct quality assurance reviews of customer interactions, provide feedback to team members, and contribute to the development of quality frameworks and relevant KPIs
• Monitor key performance indicators related to quality, process efficiency, and customer satisfaction, identifying opportunities for improvement
• Collaborate with product, technology, and internal teams to continuously enhance the customer experience and journey
• Contribute ideas and help drive ongoing improvements to customer care operations

What We're Looking For

• Currently enrolled at a university and seeking a working student position in customer service, quality management, or operations
• Previous experience in customer-facing roles such as support, service, or consulting is advantageous
• Structured, detail-oriented, and solution-focused approach to work, including repetitive tasks
• Comfort working with metrics and basic experience with Excel or comparable tools
• Excellent German language skills and good English proficiency
• Interest in contributing to process optimization in a dynamic, growing environment
