Senior Scaled Enablement Manager (m/w/d)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential technology organization that provides investigative intelligence solutions to security professionals, enterprises, and agencies worldwide. They are expanding their customer enablement function and need a strategic leader to design and deliver scalable adoption programs that help customers realize value across their entire user base.

This Senior Scaled Enablement Manager role sits at the intersection of customer education, program management, and product adoption. You'll create repeatable experiences—webinars, cohort programs, workshops, office hours, and self-service content—that enable hundreds of customers to successfully adopt and expand their use of the platform. Rather than working one-to-one with strategic accounts, you'll build systems and programs that deliver meaningful outcomes across entire customer segments.

Responsibilities

• Own the scaled enablement motion, designing live, repeatable programs that drive product adoption, engagement, and value realization
• Build and maintain a cohort and enablement roadmap aligned with customer needs, product priorities, and business objectives
• Develop and optimize repeatable scaled customer journeys supporting onboarding, adoption, expansion, and re-engagement at scale
• Plan and deliver webinars, workshops, cohort-based training programs, office hours, and other one-to-many customer learning experiences
• Create and maintain high-quality enablement content, including training materials, guides, playbooks, videos, and knowledge base resources
• Leverage AI and automation tools to improve program design, content creation, customer insight generation, and operational efficiency
• Analyze customer engagement and product adoption data to identify trends, opportunities, and targeted intervention strategies
• Measure and improve program effectiveness using customer feedback, usage insights, and business performance metrics
• Partner with Account Managers, Customer Enablement SMEs, Product Management, Marketing, and Operations teams to deliver seamless customer experiences
• Define and evolve scalable operating models, processes, and best practices for customer success programs

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years' experience in Customer Success, Customer Enablement, Customer Education, Customer-facing Program Management, Product Adoption, Training, or similar customer-facing SaaS roles
• Experience designing, delivering, and improving scalable customer programs, including webinars, cohorts, workshops, office hours, or other one-to-many formats in SaaS or technology environments
• Strong presentation, facilitation, written communication, and content development skills
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in fast-paced, evolving environments
• Strong analytical skills with ability to translate customer insights and usage data into actionable adoption strategies
• Proven ability to build trusted relationships and collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams
• Professional proficiency in English (written and spoken)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with customer success, customer education, learning management, or community platforms
• Experience using customer success platforms such as Planhat, Gainsight, or similar tools
• Familiarity with product adoption analytics, customer engagement metrics, and data-driven program optimization
• Experience in cybersecurity, investigations, intelligence, OSINT, SaaS, or B2B software environments
• Experience creating self-service learning content, structured learning paths, or customer training curricula
