Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential IT organization in Munich seeking an IT Security Specialist (m/w/d) focused on Macro Security Policies. In this role, you will:

• Support the security of Microsoft Office environments and evaluate existing macro solutions
• Analyze and assess Office macros and VBA applications for potential security risks
• Develop and optimize security concepts for Excel, Access, and VBA, implementing them via Group Policy Objects (GPO)
• Establish and advance macro security policies, including deployment of signed macros and blocking of unsafe content
• Oversee technical implementation of security measures in close coordination with IT teams and business units

What We're Looking For

• Completed vocational training or degree in IT (e.g., IT Specialist, IT Security Specialist, System Administrator, or comparable qualification)
• Strong knowledge of macro security policies and Group Policy Objects (GPOs)
• Ideally, hands-on experience with VBA/macro development
• Structured, analytical, and responsible work approach with high security awareness
• Strong team collaboration skills and self-initiative
• Excellent German language proficiency required
