Sachbearbeiter Zoll Import & Export (m/w/d)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential logistics organization in the western part of Munich. In this role, you will independently process import and export transactions and transfer goods into the required customs procedures.

Your core responsibilities include:

• Creating and monitoring customs and export declarations while ensuring proper documentation
• Reviewing sanctions and embargo requirements and classifying goods according to relevant commodity and customs tariffs
• Managing customs authorizations and ensuring compliance with all customs and export control regulations
• Serving as the competent point of contact for authorities and internal departments on customs and export topics

What We're Looking For

Our client seeks a professional with training as a freight forwarding and logistics services clerk, wholesale and foreign trade management clerk, industrial clerk, or comparable commercial qualification.

Required qualifications:

• Several years of experience in import and export processing or corresponding additional qualification in customs
• Prior experience as a customs clerk, export clerk, import clerk, or customs processing specialist
• Knowledge of ATLAS and confident handling of SAP
• Very good German and English language skills
• Careful, structured, and responsible working style
