We are representing a confidential public sector organization in Munich seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Accountant (m/f/d) to join their finance team. This full-time position offers flexible working arrangements including home office options.

Responsibilities

• Prepare outgoing invoices and credit notes while ensuring timely processing and completion
• Maintain debtor accounts and master data as well as accounting-relevant information in SAP
• Handle receivables management tasks and resolve open items
• Support monthly closing processes and prepare financial reports and analyses
• Collaborate closely with internal departments to contribute to efficient accounting workflows

What We're Looking For

• Completed vocational training as Tax Specialist (m/f/d), Industrial Clerk (m/f/d), Office Management Clerk (m/f/d), or comparable qualification in finance or accounting
• Minimum three years of professional experience in accounts receivable accounting required
• Previous experience in roles such as Accounts Receivable Accountant, Financial Accountant, or similar positions is ideal
• Strong knowledge of accounts receivable processes and principles
• Proficiency in SAP and solid Excel skills
• Structured working style with strong teamwork abilities
• Results-oriented and service-minded approach
