Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential organization in Munich seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join their team at the earliest possible date. In this role, you will:

• Manage HR processes throughout the complete employee lifecycle, from hiring through to offboarding
• Serve as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on all HR-related matters
• Draft employment contracts and other personnel-related documentation
• Maintain employee master data and digital personnel files with accuracy
• Support organizational changes and assist with employment law matters
• Prepare certificates, references, and additional HR documents
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure smooth transitions
• Process applications for training and professional development programs
• Handle general HR administration tasks while ensuring compliance with internal policies and legal requirements

What We're Looking For

• Completed commercial or HR-focused vocational training with relevant additional qualifications, or comparable qualification with several years of professional experience in human resources
• Proven experience in HR management is preferred
• Strong knowledge of employment law, collective bargaining agreements, social insurance law, and works council regulations
• Proficiency with MS Office and SAP systems
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style combined with high reliability
• Business-fluent German language skills
