Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential music entertainment organization seeking an assistant graphic designer intern to join their Creative Services department in Paris. In this role, you will support the creation and adaptation of visuals for digital communication across various social media platforms and participate in designing internal and external presentations.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Designing and adapting static visuals for social media platforms including release day announcements, contests, certifications, and artist award nominations
• Adapting formats according to platform requirements such as stories and posts
• Creating visuals for corporate communications including institutional announcements and professional network content
• Coordinating with the community manager to ensure timely delivery of graphic elements according to editorial calendars
• Anticipating visual needs based on planned posting schedules
• Creating and formatting presentations for internal stakeholders and external partners
• Maintaining graphic consistency and readability across all materials

What We're Looking For

• Currently enrolled as a student in graphic design or visual communication
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
• Strong skills with presentation tools such as PowerPoint, Canva, or Keynote
• Solid understanding of graphic and typographic culture with a strong sense of composition, rhythm, and color
• Creative mindset with rigorous attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
• Strong interest in the music industry, artists, and the visual universe that accompanies them
• Must be available for a minimum 6-month internship starting September 2026
• Requires valid internship agreement from educational institution
• Full-time availability required at 35 hours per week
