(Senior) Go-to-Market Scaling Manager – Germany (m/f/d)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential cleantech organization operating across Europe in the renewable energy sector. Our talent team is seeking a Senior Go-to-Market Scaling Manager to optimize commercial performance in the German market for an established energy optimization platform.

This is a strategic role focused on fine-tuning monetization, pricing, and positioning within a mature market. You'll work cross-functionally to maximize the performance of existing customer-facing products while integrating new features into the go-to-market strategy. Location: Berlin, with remote work options across Germany.

Responsibilities

• Own the commercial performance and monetization strategy for an AI-driven energy platform within the German market
• Optimize pricing and packaging structures, identifying opportunities to capture additional value from existing customers and market segments
• Develop and test new positioning strategies to strengthen market presence and competitive differentiation
• Build deep understanding of unit economics to inform pricing, packaging, and product portfolio decisions
• Collaborate closely with Product, Technology, Marketing, and Sales teams to translate technical capabilities into commercial opportunities and vice versa
• Monitor market performance metrics, diagnosing underperformance and driving concrete improvement initiatives
• Manage cross-functional initiatives with significant diagonal influence across technical and commercial stakeholders
• Present performance updates and strategic recommendations to senior leadership

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial, product management, or go-to-market roles, ideally within technology and energy sectors
• Proven ability to optimize established markets through strategic pricing, packaging, and positioning improvements
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives and follow through independently
• Ambitious and impact-driven approach balanced with humility and strong stakeholder influence capabilities
• Deep understanding of unit economics and how they drive monetization decisions, with ability to translate financial insights into actionable strategy
• Comfortable working across Technology, Sales, and Marketing functions, fluent in translating between technical and commercial languages
• Confident presenting to executives and turning data into clear, decision-ready insights
• Native German speaker with fluent English (C1/C2 level), both written and verbal
• Knowledge of the German energy market is a strong advantage but not required
