Wir vertreten einen vertraulichen Hersteller von professioneller Audiotechnik mit Sitz in Berlin. Unser Mandant sucht einen engagierten Mitarbeiter (m/w/d) für Webshop-Management und Kundensupport. Diese Rolle kombiniert E-Commerce-Aufgaben mit Lagerverwaltung und Kundenbetreuung in einem kreativen, musikorientierten Umfeld.
Standort: Berlin
Umfang: 30-40 Stunden pro Woche (Mo-Fr, nach Vereinbarung)

Verantwortlichkeiten
- Tägliche Bearbeitung von Webshop-Bestellungen in Shopify: Kommissionierung, Verpackung, Versand und Sendungsverfolgung
- Kundensupport per E-Mail auf Deutsch und Englisch zu Versand, Lieferzeiten, Rückgaben und Reklamationen
- Leichter technischer Support und Produktberatung für Kunden
- Wareneingang: Annahme, Prüfung und Einlagerung von Waren und Bauteilen
- Bestandspflege, Lageroptimierung und Nachbestellung
- Bearbeitung von B2B-Händlerbestellungen und -anfragen
- Unterstützung des Office- und Admin-Teams bei verschiedenen Aufgaben
Was wir suchen
- Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Erfahrung mit Shopsystemen wie Shopify
- Zuverlässige und genaue Arbeitsweise
- Bereitschaft zur Arbeit mit schwereren Kartons und Kisten
- Gute Computer- und Softwarekenntnisse
- Freude an der Mischung aus körperlicher Arbeit und Büroaufgaben
- Lernbereitschaft und Interesse an Weiterentwicklung
- Idealerweise Interesse an Musik und Audiotechnik
