Responsibilities

• Listen to and evaluate audio clips in Bengali, assessing the nativeness and fluency of speaker outputs
• Assess pronunciation, intonation, and linguistic authenticity according to established project guidelines
• Document evaluations with clear, concise written feedback in English, noting key linguistic factors
• Provide detailed justifications for each assessment to ensure clarity and consistency across deliverables
• Collaborate with project coordinators to clarify requirements and address ambiguities in language content
• Contribute insights that help improve model performance in Bengali language understanding and generation
• Complete assigned audio review tasks on time while maintaining high quality standards

What We're Looking For

• Native-level proficiency in Bengali with strong command of both spoken and written language
• Minimum B2 level proficiency in English, particularly for written and verbal communication
• Background in voice specialization, linguistics, phonetics, music/audio engineering, or related fields (preferred)
• Experience with audio analysis, transcription, or linguistic assessment (highly valued)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to articulate nuanced language differences
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with focus on clarity and accuracy
• Familiarity with media, communications, or teaching considered an asset
