Kreditorenbuchhalter SAP (m/w/d)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential organization in Munich seeking a skilled accounts payable professional. In this role, you will:

• Review, record, and post incoming invoices in SAP
• Create debit notices, internal charges, and payment runs for national and international suppliers
• Review travel expense reports while monitoring payment terms and early payment discounts
• Maintain creditor and debtor master data and ensure high data quality standards
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual closings through account reconciliations and accrual postings

What We're Looking For

Our talent team is seeking candidates with:

• Completed commercial training such as office clerk, tax specialist, business administration, industrial clerk, or comparable qualification
• Professional experience as accounts payable, accounts receivable, or general ledger accountant
• Strong proficiency with SAP in finance modules
• Structured and reliable work approach with strong numerical aptitude
• Fluent German language skills and basic English proficiency
