About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential organization in Munich seeking an HR Administration Specialist with expertise in temporary employment services. This is a full-time role supporting the complete employee lifecycle through professional HR administration and coordination.

Responsibilities

• Manage HR administrative processes across the entire employee lifecycle, from onboarding through offboarding
• Support individual personnel measures, prepare employment documentation, and collaborate with leadership, works councils, and internal stakeholders
• Oversee temporary employment administration (Arbeitnehmerüberlassung) and additional HR administrative functions
• Provide guidance to employees and managers on HR-related matters and coordinate various HR initiatives
• Participate in HR projects and contribute to continuous improvement of administrative personnel processes

What We're Looking For

• Completed vocational training as Personaldienstleistungskaufmann, Industriekaufmann, Kaufmann für Büromanagement with HR qualification, or equivalent education
• Proven professional experience as HR Specialist, HR Administrator, or HR Generalist, particularly in temporary employment services and HR administration
• Strong knowledge of German labor law, collective bargaining law, social security law, works constitution law, and temporary employment regulations
• Proficiency in SAP HCM and MS Office applications
• Experience with contract management and personnel administration
• Excellent communication skills, organizational abilities, discretion, and a structured, independent working style
• German language fluency required for legal documentation and stakeholder collaboration
