Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential organization in Starnberg seeking a Payroll HR Specialist (m/w/d) to join their team. In this role, you will independently manage a dedicated employee population from onboarding through offboarding. You will execute monthly payroll processing including all preparatory and follow-up activities, and prepare employment contracts and other personnel documentation.

You will provide consultation to employees and managers on HR administration matters as well as labor law, tax law, and social insurance topics. Working closely with talent development, recruiting, HR controlling, and employment law teams, you will continuously improve existing HR processes and structures while actively contributing to the modernization of personnel operations.

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate holds a commercial qualification with HR specialization or a degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a comparable field. You bring several years of professional experience as an HR Specialist, HR Generalist, or Personnel Administrator with mandatory expertise in payroll processing.

Required qualifications include:

• Strong knowledge of German labor law, tax law, and social insurance regulations
• Practical experience in operational HR administration
• Self-responsibility, organizational strength, and team orientation
• Enthusiasm for driving change and developing HR processes
• Fluency in German (required for payroll and legal compliance)

This is a full-time position based in Starnberg.
