Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential organization in Munich seeking an interim IT Team Leader to join their operations. In this role, you will manage, prioritize, and distribute IT tickets while coordinating their resolution in accordance with Service Level Agreements. You will coordinate IT support staff across multiple locations, monitor progress, and ensure reliable IT service delivery.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the IT support team with hands-on tasks including PC and laptop setup and installation, hardware configuration, troubleshooting, fault resolution, and network patching
  • Accompanying on-site IT projects, coordinating technical tasks, and supporting the implementation and optimization of IT solutions and infrastructure
  • Managing and controlling IT hardware and material inventories
  • Creating regular reports for senior management and maintaining structured documentation

What We're Looking For

Our client requires a completed degree in Computer Science or training as an IT Specialist for System Integration, IT Systems Electronics Technician, or comparable IT qualification. Ideally, you bring professional experience in leading, coordinating, and managing IT teams as well as practical IT support work.

Strong knowledge in the following areas is essential:

  • IT ticket management and incident management
  • Hardware support, PC and laptop administration
  • Network support and troubleshooting
  • Service Level Management

You make transparent decisions even under time pressure, handle escalations with a solution-oriented approach, and work independently with strong organizational skills. Very good German language skills in both written and spoken form are required.
