Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential education organization in Germany seeking a Founders Associate working student. You will work directly with the leadership team on strategic and operational priorities, gaining hands-on experience across multiple functions.

• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and funding opportunity assessments; build presentations and decision documents; drive small projects independently
• Support the development and optimization of internal processes, from application workflows to program coordination
• Assist with marketing and content initiatives including social media, newsletters, and website copy; contribute creative ideas for audience engagement
• Maintain clean data across CRM systems (leads, prospects, partners) and create simple reports to support data-driven decisions
• Adapt responsibilities based on organizational priorities and your strengths and learning goals

What We're Looking For

• Enrolled student in business, entrepreneurship, communications, social sciences, education, or related field (major less important than drive and initiative)
• Structured, independent work style; you bring tasks to completion and proactively communicate when you need support
• Strong German writing skills (minimum C1 level) for presentations, emails, and content
• Digital fluency with tools like Google Workspace, Canva, or similar; comfortable using or learning AI tools
• Bonus: startup experience, marketing background, CRM system familiarity, or technical understanding (website management, automation)
• Available for Werkstudent employment (student working arrangement) in Germany
• Location: fully remote within Germany or on-site
