About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential comparison and consumer services organization in their search for a working student to join their internal customer service team in Heidelberg. This hybrid role offers flexible scheduling around your university commitments, with up to 20 hours per week during the semester and the option to increase hours during breaks.

Our client provides a supportive, collaborative environment without cold-calling or traditional call center pressure. You'll handle genuine customer inquiries across phone, email, and chat while gaining practical experience that complements your studies.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via telephone, email, and chat channels
• Develop individual solutions for customers and maintain high satisfaction levels
• Document and process cases in internal systems
• Support the team with daily operations and gain exposure to modern customer service practices
• Contribute ideas for continuous service improvement

What We're Looking For

• Currently enrolled at a university or college
• Availability to work up to 20 hours per week during the semester, with flexibility to increase hours during semester breaks
• Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly, solution-oriented communication style
• Genuine interest in helping customers
• Previous customer-facing experience is ideal (retail, hospitality, gastronomy, or customer service)
• Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken
