The Opportunity

We are seeking experienced welders to join our production operations in Jackson, TN. Responsibilities

• Execute MIG, TIG, stick, and flux-core welding on structural steel and fabricated components
• Operate manual and semi-automatic welding equipment according to engineering specifications
• Read and follow technical drawings, blueprints, and work instructions with precision
• Inspect completed welds for visual defects and dimensional accuracy
• Prepare materials, fixtures, and workstations for efficient production
• Maintain welding equipment and report maintenance needs promptly
• Work collaboratively with the production team to meet quality and safety standards
• Follow all workplace safety regulations and wear required protective equipment

What You Bring

• Demonstrated welding experience in industrial or manufacturing production settings
• Competency in at least one major welding process (MIG, TIG, stick, or flux-core)
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and welding symbols
• Active welding certification or ability to obtain certification
• Strong craftsmanship standards and attention to detail
• Reliable attendance and commitment to full-time employment
• Physical capability to work in an active manufacturing environment
