About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential campervan rental organization seeking a Station Specialist for their Wangen location. In this hands-on role, you'll be the face of exceptional customer service, managing vehicle handovers and returns while ensuring every traveler starts their journey with a smile.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers during vehicle pick-up and drop-off, creating memorable experiences from the first interaction
• Conduct thorough vehicle orientations and handovers, explaining features and answering questions
• Perform comprehensive interior and exterior cleaning of campervans between rentals
• Support the station team with daily operations to ensure smooth workflow
• Maintain high standards of vehicle presentation and readiness
• Handle customer inquiries professionally in both German and English

What We're Looking For

• Hands-on mentality with willingness to tackle physical tasks
• Customer service experience preferred
• Valid driver's license (Class B)
• Strong German and English language skills
• Team-oriented approach with positive attitude
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Pay

The compensation range for this position is €32,000 - €32,400 gross annually. Your specific placement within this range will be determined based on your experience and qualifications during the interview process.
