About the Role

As a Visual Merchandiser at Target, you'll design, build, and maintain eye-catching displays throughout the store that showcase our products and drive customer engagement. Your creativity and attention to detail will directly influence how customers discover and purchase merchandise, making this role essential to our store's success.

What You'll Do

• Create and execute compelling visual displays aligned with Target's brand standards and seasonal campaigns
• Arrange merchandise strategically to highlight new products, promotions, and seasonal items
• Maintain display integrity by regularly refreshing, cleaning, and organizing all visual presentations
• Collaborate with store leadership and sales associates to communicate product features and promotional messaging
• Work with inventory systems to ensure product availability for displays and promotions
• Respond to changing store priorities and contribute to a positive, team-oriented environment

Compensation
