Virtual Representative

About This Opportunity

Our talent team is representing a confidential financial services organization that is expanding their remote client engagement team. We're seeking Virtual Representatives who will serve as the first point of contact for prospective clients exploring financial solutions. This is a fully remote position within the United States, ideal for relationship-driven professionals who excel at guiding conversations and connecting people with the right resources.

Responsibilities

• Initiate outbound calls, emails, and messages to potential clients
• Respond promptly to inbound inquiries and provide initial guidance
• Engage in discovery conversations to understand client needs and goals
• Clearly explain service offerings and recommend appropriate next steps
• Schedule follow-up appointments and connect clients with relevant team members
• Maintain accurate interaction logs and notes in the CRM system

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma required; college degree preferred
• Confident and friendly communicator who thrives in client-facing environments
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to succeed in a remote work setting
• People-first approach with excellent listening and follow-up abilities
• Previous experience in sales, appointment setting, or client-facing roles is a plus
• Self-motivated and comfortable managing your own schedule remotely
