Traveling Superintendent

Gpac is hiring a Traveling Superintendent to oversee construction operations for a nationally recognized general contracting firm based in Village of Loch Lloyd, Cass County. This full-time position places you at the helm of multiple project sites across the United States, managing crews and delivering superior construction quality on high-profile builds.

What You'll Do

• Oversee construction crews and subcontractors on active job sites
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols, building codes, and project specifications
• Monitor project schedules, progress, and budget performance
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and clients on site updates
• Manage quality control and resolve daily jobsite challenges
• Travel to multiple projects and relocate as assignments require

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as a construction superintendent or equivalent leadership role
• Strong command of construction methods, safety standards, and building codes
• Excellent communication and crew management abilities
• Willingness and capability to travel nationally and relocate between projects
• Detail-oriented problem-solving approach
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
