About the Role

Aya Healthcare is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist for an immediate opening in Whitehall, Trempealeau County. This full-time travel assignment begins July 13, 2026, and runs through the 13-week contract period. You'll work day shifts—5 days per week, 8 hours daily—providing skilled therapeutic intervention and evidence-based patient care in a supportive healthcare setting.

What You'll Do

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings and therapy goals
• Perform therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities to restore mobility and reduce pain
• Document patient progress and clinical outcomes with accuracy to support quality and compliance standards
• Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and strategies for injury prevention
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient recovery
• Maintain professional standards and adhere to HIPAA regulations and facility protocols

What We're Looking For

• Current, unrestricted Physical Therapist license (PT or DPT) valid in Wisconsin
